Vitality is a Trinity — three specialists for your health. The Diagnostician (assesses and reflects), the Protocol Designer (turns insight into a daily plan), and the Adherence Sentinel (helps you actually follow through). Each tier deepens which specialists you work with. Spark gives you the diagnostician. Flow adds the planner. Mastery adds the accountability partner. Genius adds memory and synthesis on top.

Can I cancel or change tiers?
Yes — cancel any time, downgrade any time, upgrade any time. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle. Cancelled accounts keep Spark access (3 chats/day) so you don’t lose your journey.
Why the numbers 9, 21, 45?
